Conveniently situated between 31st and 41st, our studio, one, and two-bedroom apartment homes feature spacious closets, built-in furniture, and fully equipped kitchens. Rent covers gas, water, refuse, sewage, and electricity. Enjoy on-site management, a laundry facility, swimming pool, and free, off-street parking. Consider our apartment buildings for your next home. Call to schedule a tour with Max, our on-site manager, or stop by to complete an application. Prospective residents must meet an income requirement supported by verifiable income documentation, with a minimum credit score of 600. Applicants with felony convictions or prior evictions within the preceding seven years will not be considered. A non-refundable application fee of $35 is applicable. A Managers Review

As both a resident and the property manager, I have a unique perspective on this community from both sides. I can honestly say this is a place I’m proud to live and work in. The property is kept up well, and there is a consistent effort to stay on top of maintenance and address issues in a timely manner. When something comes up, it’s handled with attention and care, which makes a big difference in day-to-day living. From a resident standpoint, it’s a quiet and comfortable community. Neighbors are generally respectful, and the overall environment feels safe and stable. From a management standpoint, my goal is always to maintain clear communication and respond to concerns as quickly and fairly as possible. No community is perfect, but what matters most is how things are handled—and there is a genuine effort here to take care of residents and keep the property in good condition. Overall, I would confidently recommend living here. It’s a solid community that continues to improve, and I’m proud to be both a resident and the person managing it.

Malibu South

No pool til next year. Pump was damaged. Didnt reduce rent so still paying for pool that we cant use.
